HotHands Body Warmers used for Back Pain

I use the Body Warmers to help control my back pain caused by spinal stenosis. I put one on in the morning and it lasts all day.

I live in Miami Florida so not too many cold days. I have 3 feral cats that live in my backyard. When it's below 60, I put a warmer in there houses under a thin towel and they are very happy.
