Venture Heat 12V Men's Down Bluetooth Battery Heated Jacket

I am very happy with my Venture Heat Down Jacket for Men. I placed my order late on a Wednesday and included the 2 year warranty and expedited shipping and had my Venture Heat Jacket on Monday, within 1 week of purchasing the jacket, coat rather. This is a warm coat with or without the heating enabled. The fit is perfect, as described. Upon enabling the Heat with the button on the coat, within 10 seconds a very emersive heated experience starts from the top my the collar, down the back of the coat, and on the front of the coat. Within 30 seconds, the chilled edge felt in muscles relax and gives a heavenly experience similarly to sitting in a heated hot tub in January up north. For the next few minutes, one forgets any cost associated with aquiring this coat. Over the next 3 hours of heat, one becomes relaxed with frequent smiles, warmed entirely. I carry a fast charging battery pack to ensure my coat remains with full battery power. There are 3 heat settings on the coat's heating power button: High Heat, Medium Heat and Low Heat. On high heat, I get at least 2 hours of continuous High Heat, perhaps 3 or even 3 and a half hours of High Heat. My needs require about 30 minutes of High Heat, on the way to work. I then change into work clothes and set my Coat's battery to recharge fully in my locker and at lunch time about 3 and a half hours later, my coat is fully charged and I get 40 minutes of High Heat again. After lunch time, I recharge my battery in my locker while I finish my shift. After work, I have a sweat soaked shirt, requiring a heated jacket for the trip home. I have 45 minutes wait in weather, waiting for the bus to arrive. I use the High Heat setting for this period of time. Once on the bus, I keep the heat on for about 10 minutes to be fully heated on the bus then turn the heat off to get to normal body temperature before getting to the transit center to wait for another bus for 45 minutes outdoors. For this next 45 minutes, I again use my coat's heating on High to remain warm until my bus comes. This is a 30 minute bus ride and I keep my coat on High Heat until I get off the bus and walk home from the bus stop near my house. I enjoy High Heat every use, the entire time from standing in my house until standing again in my house, daily. A second battery would be helpful but for now, simply recharging my battery as I do works perfectly fine. I am very happy with my Venture Heated Down Jacket. I will note that while I did install the app on my Android 10 phone and Android 9 mp3 player, with bluetooth enabled- I have been unable to connect to my Venture Heated Coat via bluetooth. But why use 12 buttons to adjust the heat via phone when 1 click on my coat turns on the heat? (screen lock combo, finding the app, opening the app and adjusting the heat then sleeping my phone again).So I am very very satisfied despite my bluetooth not working. The battery is 10V, not 12V but so far, I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
