Gerbing heated gloves use patented Microwire heat technology and made from lightweight, stretchable materials that help to improve dexterity and comfort during a wide range of activities. Charging Battery:
- We recommend charging overnight for the first charge.
- Charge 100% before use (a full charge takes about 3 hours).
- A red light will appear on the wall charger when charging.
- The red light will change to green when charged.
- Maintain at least 25% power when the battery is not in use. This practice will prolong the life of any 7V battery.
Each heated glove features an on-board temperature control button that regulates the temperature with three optimum heat levels. The 7.4V lithium battery is secured in a pocket on the top side of the gauntlet for increased freedom of motion during almost any outdoor activity.
Instructions for Silicone Switches:
- Step 1: Plugin a fully charged battery.
- Step 2: Switch will cycle through settings, this indicates the switch has power and can now be used.
- Step 3: To power on, push and hold down the button for 2-3 seconds until the switch illuminates.
- Step 4: To change the power setting, tap the button to cycle through levels.

Lifetime Warranty: Our Gerbing Heating Elements & Microwire Heating System are protected forever under our lifetime guarantee.
One-Year Warranty: All non-electrical components of our clothing are warrantied for one year after purchase. In addition, our temperature controllers, electrical plugs, connectors, solder joints, and connection cables are covered for one year.

Batteries and chargers, including Gerbing rechargeable Lithium/NIMH battery packs and chargers, are covered by this warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. Special care should be taken to prolong the life of your battery. It is important that you charge your battery regularly, and that you remain at least 25% of your battery power when not in use or left idle. Batteries must only be used with products with an amp rating less than the maximum capacity output rating for the battery.
What are your remedies under this warranty? With respect to any defective product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge. I love these gloves. They’re super warm. The battery’s easy to plug in and put back in the pocket. My only complaint is they’re bulky, but I think they’ll break in over time.

Since they came so late in the season (after I tried for months to get heated gloves), I've only tried them once outdoors when it was in the 30"s. I tried them on the highest setting, just to see how warm they get, and by the time I was done shovelling (10 minutes or so), I was tempted to turn them down to a lower heat. What they will be like in subzero temps we get I don't know. The only thing I don't liie about them is it's awkward not having a shut off switch or switch position ont he gloves - to turn the heat off, you must detach the battery from the lead in each pocket. I wuill know more next winter. Another thing people should know is, you get very little instructions with them and are expected to keep the batteries charged at least 25% at all times, so I guess I'll have to check them monthly. Kind of a pain.

- They warm fast and keep getting warmer. The 3 heat levels are color coded on the switching mechanism, so you always know which setting you're on.
