Our 5.2 Amp Lithium Polymer 12v/5v Volt battery only weighs 270 grams and can be used to power our 12v Moto Jacket Liner from the 12v output, or use the 5v USB output to power some of our 5v heated products (Empire Vest) to get hours and hours of heat output on a single charge.
The 12v output side of the battery has a 3 level setting for regulating the heat and comes with a remote allowing you to operate it wirelessly. Connect the plug from the 12v Moto Jacket liner in the battery, push the "up" button for about 2 seconds. You will see the number 1, 2 or 3 appear, with "3" being the highest setting. After approximately 3 seconds the display will change from 1-9 indicating how much power is left inside the battery, a fully charged battery will show "9". The included charger will charge a fully discharged battery in approximately 5 hours.
The 5v USB output side of the battery will provide you with hours of extended use on a single charge when powering your 5v product. Simply connect the USB plug from your 5v product and then use the "V" controller switch already on the 5v product to choose from 3 power level settings.

Heat Transfer System: Our "active" heating system uses both conduction and radiation heat transfer methods to help keep you warm. Conduction is direct heat flow through matter and resulting from physical contact. Our products have a heating system designed specifically for conduction to create warmth by stimulating blood flow. Our system also generates infrared rays that emits upward with help of a thermal reflective barrier. When these rays strike the surface of another object like the fabric and the body, the rays are absorbed and then heat is produced. This heat spreads throughout the mass by conduction.
Zero Layer Technology: Our patent pending Zero Layer design uses a special tape sealing process, bonding the heating system directly to the shell fabric. This allows for better heat transfer and eliminates bulky extra layers.
