Nature Creation Lumbar Pack Directions:
Apply Shoulder Wrap heat pad on desired area for relief. Do not apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised.
To Use as Hot Pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in Microwave for 1 1/4 minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. Do not overheat product.
For Moist Heat: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To Use as a Cold Pack: For effective cold use, put pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Storage: When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.
Cleaning: Wipe the product with a wet cloth.
Caution: For external use only. Use as directed.
Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Do not over heat the product - Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
Do not saturate the product - Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

My wife loves this. It holds the heat and covers her entire lap. Next time we will buy a smaller one as this one barely fits in our microwave.

great heat pack

I love these heat packs! I use mine multiple times a day, sometimes to even just take the chill off while sitting at my desk. It is made with a nice fabric and is well sewn; smells good when heated. I’ve never tried using these as cold packs. I do feel like as with everything these days, this particular heat pack got smaller and cost more. It also took just over a month to receive it which was a little annoying. Considering all, four stars (and I would, and likely will, but again).

Thank you. The lumbar herbal pack is the perfect size. It smells delightful and I smell it often. It gives one a nice relaxing feeling. It also works well on the body. I will order again and recommend this product to anyone who needs to relax their body and heal pain. I purchased the color blue it is perfect.
