The Basic Herb Pack may be used hot or cold to relieve muscle aches and reduce stiffness. It can also be used to relieve pain due to sport injuries, reduce swelling and promote muscle relaxation. This multipurpose Herb Pack measures approximately 12" x 6" and can be folded it fit any body part. This versatile pack can be used either hot or cold depending on your needs or preferences. Herb Pack Directions
Nature Creation Shoulder Wrap Directions: Apply Herbal Pack heat pad on desired area for relief. Do not apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised.

  • To Use as Hot Pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in Microwave for 1 minute. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. Do not overheat product.

  • For Moist Heat: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

  • To Use as a Cold Pack: For effective cold use, put pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

  • Storage: When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the product with a wet cloth.

  • Caution: For external use only. Use as directed. Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately. Do not over heat the product - Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product. Do not saturate the product - Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

    Absolutely perfect - I have an old pack from the same brand and after 15+ years, I decided to get a fresh one (the old one still works like a charm, and it even has a bit of the herb scent even now!). The pack is exactly as expected - well made, the herb scent is completely natural and somehow both calms and uplifts while using it. The heated pack is perfect for sore muscles, a tired neck or shoulders at the end of the day, or to warm up the bed on a cold night. I cannot recommend this enough - a huge life improvement when I use these. You won't regret buying one.

    I’m really loving my pillow—having been turned on to this brand by a friend I put mine on the microwave (for li get than instructed bc of our old microwave) and have relief wherever I use the pillow. I start with my neck, and then lean against it for shoulder and then lower back pain relief. The bonus is the fabulous aroma. This pillow is heaven sent.

    I swear by these ice packs. When I have a migraine they take care of it. I don't need pills. They are amazing!!!
