Shipping Policy (U.S. & Canada Only)

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Most in‑stock items ship within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend to 3–4 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery times vary by location:

United States (Contiguous): 3–7 business days
Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days (customs may extend delivery time)

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the product and destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination
Package weight & dimensions
Selected shipping method

Some oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Only)

Canadian customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by their government. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.
Certain products may have carrier‑specific restrictions.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or international reshippers.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery issues.
Provide photos for damaged items.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement when applicable.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
