Nature Creation Shoulder Wrap Directions:
Apply Shoulder Wrap heat pad on desired area for relief. Do not apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised.
To Use as Hot Pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in Microwave for 1 _ minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. Do not overheat product.
For Moist Heat: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To Use as a Cold Pack: For effective cold use, put pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Storage: When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.
Cleaning: Wipe the product with a wet cloth.
Caution: For external use only. Use as directed.
Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Do not over heat the product - Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
Do not saturate the product - Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Warmth for those sore muscles and joints

I love the relaxing smell of the herbs and I love how the warmth penetrates into your pain and I love how once it cool if you can heat it up again in the microwave. I’ve been using these for years and also giving them as gifts to my friends who have fibromyalgia.

I have torn rotator cuff and am trying to postpone surgery until spring so I do not have to put on many layers of clothing. This a an excellent product . The aroma descends after a few uses, but the product
GREATLY relieves the pain and helps me get around. I ordered another one. If given any discount I would order a third and give as a GIFT. Best product you have!
Stays warm especially if you put a small jacket or blanket if watching tv. The heat last longer.
Also helps me get to sleep.

Bought this for my wife's 60th birthday to replace a much older one that began spilling its herbal content. The new one is beautifully made. My wife enjoys heating it in the microwave oven, and can do so as often as she wants as she sits on the love seat and reads her Bible and her Christian fiction books. The purple color is the color of royalty, fitting for the daughter of Almighty God that she truly is through her faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Wonderful product! Brings much comfort and warmth!
Can be reheated sufficiently for 45 seconds in the microwave as many times as desired.
Just a bit smaller in size than anticipated, but still very effective.
