Battery will not hold a charge

Sadly, I reached out to the Warming Store via email for help prior to this review. To date, no reply. The vest worked on day 1. Charged the battery overnight and the next day it came on for all of 2 minutes. I unplugged and plugged several times, and nothing. I want the vest to work as described and I'm hopeful the company will make this right - pls send a replacement vest and I will return the vest I have. Thank you!
