Limited Lifetime Warranty
Rechargeable Battery & Charger 90-Day Warranty Mobile Warming rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs and chargers are under warranty from factory defect for 90 days from the initial purchase. Any alteration of the product voids the warranty. Mobile Warming will repair or replace any battery or charger found under normal use to be defective during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse or improper care.
Directions for returning items under warranty
- When you purchase a Mobile Warming heated garment within the United States, the electrical components of the garment are warranted to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the garment.
- All other non-electrical components of the garment are warranted to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If there is anything wrong with the sewing or materials of any Mobile Warming product you purchased from us within the first two years that was due to our negligence or mistake, or if any problem develops during the first two years, the product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Mobile Warming for free. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear or natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use are not covered in this warranty.

- Before sending in product, make sure that it falls under warranty and you have an return authorization number
- Any clothing product sent back for repairs must be WASHED or it may be returned at customer's expense.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for repairs to be returned.
- Include a copy of original receipt with package.

Nice looking golf-type light jacket. Fits well in line with size suggestions. Well made. Since it's a loose-jacket fit, it doesn't heat as well as a Mobile Warming shirt or a Gerbing soft-shell jacket. Pretty good when worn under a motorcycle jacket with a T-shirt underneath it. With T-shirt, this jacket set on lowest heating position and a motorcycle jacket on top, good from 35 degrees Fahrenheit on up. I haven't tried it at higher settings.

I love how this jacket keeps me warm even in -0 degrees in Alaska in the winter would definitely buy again it’s my favorite jacket I put it on then my sweatshirt and turn the battery on high and after 10 minutes I’m roasting while everyone else is cold and I mainly got this jacket because I’m always cold will definitely buy from the warming store again they are great and my jacket arrived quickly

- There?s nothing bad to say about this jacket I have had it for about two years now and it?s like I still got it on day one no tears rips the Velcro is still working and no stains on it my kids even got paint on it and the paint came off it

- After I?ve had the jacket for about a year I did notice that if you didn?t have the pocket that the battery is in the battery would come out and pull off the cord and fall off but it doesn?t happen all the time so I just check it and keep it zipped up it?s nothing really major or anything that keeps me from wearing the jacket or anything like that overall it?s a great jacket and I wish I had more
