18 Year & Never Had an Issue

I wish I could give this product a 10!!! It still would not be enough.
We hardwired our Warmrails almost 18 years ago. We use it all year round and absolutely LOVE IT! It has completely spoiled us. Whenever I travel or visit out of town friends for more than one night, I am acutely aware of how wonderful my towel warmer is. I never have a cold or wet towel. We have never had one issue with this product - EVER (knock on wood)!!!
Once my children have their own homes, the first thing I am doing is buying them a Warmrail towel warmer. Thank you for making such an amazing product.
