This is a venerable favorite of our customers and has been redesigned because of you! We took all of the feedback given to us regarding our original Soft Velour Heated Seat Cushion, and implemented those great ideas into this new iteration.
What we came up with is a better looking, better functioning, more ergonomic, more durable, and overall better Soft Velour Heated Seat Cushion! Wait until you get one in your hands, you will agree that it is perfect.
Redesigned Heating Element
The newly redesigned heating element of the Deluxe Velour Heated Seat Cushion features a copper nickel alloy wire wound over a fiberglass core with a high temperature silicone sheath encapsulating it.
The new copper nickel alloy heating element is more efficient than its brass predecessor and delivers an even heat transfer throughout the entire seat cushion. Being wound over a fiberglass core allows it to be more flexible and less prone to fatigue while maintaining a greater tensile strength. Heat transfer and durability are increased with increased protection against safety hazards.
Redesigned Pressure Pad
The pressure pad was integrated into our old Soft Velour Heated Seat Cushion as a safety feature that would turn off the device when not in use. The new Deluxe Velour Heated Seat Cushion features a larger patented pressure pad in the seat area that allows for different individual seating styles.
Strapping System
The new Deluxe Velour Heated Seat Cushion straps have metal cinch hooks on the bottom and one adjustable strap on the back. You asked, and we listened; the rear strap is now easily opened to accommodate those seats that have seatbelts built in.
Redesigned Controller
The newly updated ergonomic controller features a new intuitive design with an upgraded PCB and LED light to indicate when the device is heating. The three position switch (Hi-Off-Low) allows you to adjust the heating level to your desired setting.
Safety First
With the implementation of the new heating coil and larger/redesigned patented pressure pad, we have made this cushion as safe as possible. The DC adapter has a built in fuse to protect the cushion from overload and an LED on the DC plug to show when it is receiving power. When seated on the Deluxe Velour Heated Seat Cushion, the red LED on the controller will illuminate indicating that the seat cushion is heating.

These seats are easily installed, and do NOT slip around. Again, I was surprised by this. Furthermore, the seat heating elements are thermostatically controlled. In short, you will love these seats!

- Only one is that the cord could be longer for the passenger side so you can more easily reach the controller
However, securing it to your car's seat has issues. The lower elastic straps w/ hooks
can't attach to anything. I climbed into the drivers side twisting and bending to get
close & good vision to seek out where I could secure these straps to hold your
product into place. There was nothing to be found. I'm going to try to tie it down to
something.

Heats up very well from top to bottom and feels great.
I will enjoy this for many years.
Quick to take the chill off my car seat, relatively easy to manipulate the simple low/high/off switch.
Have noticed some unravelling going on with one of the straps used to secure the heated bits to my car's driver seat but that doesn't seem to be a big deal at this point, the straps still work.
