Returns and Exchanges: Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee!
• We hope that every purchase from us satisfies your needs, but in the event that you need to make a return we are happy to offer a full product refund if your purchase is returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Please note that our shipping charges will not be refunded.
• To receive a full credit, product must be returned in NEW / unused condition. Please return product with all original parts, paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
• Items in original condition past the return window (30 days after delivery) will receive a refund of up to 80% of the items price.
• Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of The Warming Store will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.
• Please contact a customer service representative within 5 business days if your product was damaged upon receipt.
• The Warming Store will now be offering pre-paid return labels for a flat rate of $14.99 for most items. Labels can be e-mailed directly to you for easy returns. Ask representative for details to see if you are eligible. NOTE: Labels last 10 days. If not used, customer is responsible for shipping charges or can buy another $14.99 label. We cannot provide return labels from Canada.

1. Place a new order for desired product. Then ship back the "unwanted item". We will credit you back when we receive "unwanted item". This is quickest way to get new items. Please allow 12-14 business days for credit.
2. Send back "unwanted item". Must send original packaging, parts and paperwork. Please include instructions of what is wrong and what is needed to be done. When we receive items, we will send out new items or issue appropriate refund. Please allow 12-14 business days for returns/exchanges.

**Extended Holiday Return Period: All purchases received between 11/15/2014-12/24/2014 can be sent back for return until 01/31/2015. Holiday returns still follow the same guidelines for return as outlined above**
