Lacked durability
May 31, 2025
I couldn't have gotten through the winter without them, but couldn't make it through another winter with them. I needed a more durable leather. We handle a lot of firewood, over two solid weeks, and they didn't hold up. You can see from the photos where the leather wore through (left glove) on the finger tips, palm, and tore at the thumb. My right glove did not tear but on one finger. I had to favor this hand (that needed the heat) due to an injury. I also found that the heat only lasted about 3 hours on level 2 of 4. My neighbor who recommend these and uses them for snow blowing, shoveling, and equipment operation has had better luck. Hope this helps.
Pros
- Good fit
- Helped me through my injury rehab
Cons
- Batteries are a bit bulky and heavy
- Strength of leather

I bought them for a gift for my father and he loved them. They work great in the cold weather.

Definitely heavy duty!

I suffer from poor blood circulation in my fingers in real cold weather to the point that they turn purple and HURT LIKE HELL!!! So after going through a few pair that were trash came across these had all great reviews especially one review where he worked in a freezer all day so I chose these, I run a articulating crane in all my types of weather and especially in cold, so chose these, they are a little bulky but once broken in not a problem, the only gripes are first the thumb has no heating elements in it so my thumb get a lil cold, second no heating elements on inside palm and inside finger tips, and one main reason I chose because pictures/descriptions showed/stated basically 360 degree heating, will eventually be buying stronger batteries just cause need to have a back up! Over all I’m pleased other than GRIPES!

Too bulky for handling horses
December 11, 2024
In sub zero Colorado weather, these gloves keep my fingers from going numb. My biggest complaint is that they are too bulky. I can't grip clips or grasp barn door handles to open barn doors. I have to remove gloves for that. Too bulky to carry flecks of hay or grasp buckets, I have to take them off. Had another pair for years that were lighter. Liked them better for my work. Going to get a lighter weight pair. Love the heated gloves from Volt though. I just bought the wrong ones.

Volt Heated Gloves
October 19, 2023
The Volt heated gloves work great to keep my hands warm here in Colorado when I’m feeding my cows in the winter and it gets around -20 to -30 degrees. I’ve tried a lot of winter gloves but volt heated gloves are the only gloves that really keep my hands warm.
