Where does my order ship from?
We ship from Philadelphia, Ohio, North Carolina, and Canada. For some items or larger orders, we also use partner warehouses across the country to speed up delivery.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. If a product page notes a longer handling time (for example, "usually ships within 3–5 business days"), we're sourcing that item from a vendor and will get it out as quickly as we can.
What shipping options do you offer?
Free standard shipping on orders over $49 (2–8 business days), $5 flat rate within the US, and $9.95 expedited USPS Priority (usually under a week). UPS and FedEx Next Day Air, 2nd Day, and Ground are also available — rates are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. During the holidays, orders placed between November 15 and December 24 can be returned through January 31.
