Proper product, arrived quickly

The battery is not well designed, need to tape the wires so they don't fracture. That's why I needed to replace in just one year of use. Good that your store had them in stock and quickly sent them out to me. Thank you.

Fresh Batteries Delivered Quickly

I was happy to receive these batteries so quickly and to see that they have a recent serial number. Solved an issue I had with the older batteries not staying connected. Evidently the connecting wires must have begun to fail. All better now.

Replacement/Extra OR Mitten Batteries

I needed extra batteries for skiing. I was able to find them at The Warming Store. The purchase process was simple and went smoothly. The batteries were shipped within 24 hours and I had them charged and in my mittens within a few days. Pretty impressive since we live in a ski town 100 miles away from the nearest large city. The batteries are typical Outdoor Research quality. Excellent. I will use The Warming Store again.
