I purchased these to help with typing fatigue in my wrists. I'm on my computer quite a bit for work, and my wrists get achy and hot. I have tried resting them on an ice pack--which works well, but is not ideal. These sounded like the perfect solution. Yes, they cool, but since my wrists are on the desk when typing, air does not circulate around them. The wraps are damp, and that makes a mess on my desk, so I put a towel underneath. Eventually, the wraps warm up and the towel gets wet, so I go back to the ice pack. I imagine these would be great for those who exercise or have their arms free most of the time. I will continue to use them.
