Directions: Apply the Eye Cover / Sleeping Mask to your eyes for relief. The Eye Cover should only be used as a cold pack. When using on children, adult supervision is advised.

To use as a Cold Pack: Place the pack in a plastic sealable bag and put it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Storage: When not in use, place the pack in plastic sealable bag and put it in the freezer.

Cleaning: Wipe the product with a wet cloth.
