These stay on your boots!
March 11, 2021
The Monster Grips are great as they STAY on your boots. The other ice cleats I had keep getting left behind on the trails so I’d have to retrace my steps to find them. Great traction, easy to get on your boots, and you can snug them down to fit your boot.
Glad I ordered them!

Traction cleats
March 5, 2021
A great product. I wear them to shovel snow on my steep driveway. This is my second pair of these cleats. The heel studs wore down after lots of use over many years until one stud fell out on each foot

I have had two other different pairs of cleats that were flat pieces of punched rubber that were supposed to bend to hold on to the shoe. One of the pair would pften fall off in use. The elastic cords on thes cleats keep them on.

I did recommend them to a friend who slipped on his driveway.
They don't fall off the shoe. They can be a a bit of a struggle to put on I just leave them on one pair of shoes year after year.

Cleats wear slower than Ergodyne Trex 6310
February 24, 2021
Since the Ergodyne Trex 6310 were out of stock, I needed something quicker than waiting 10 weeks for a restock.. MaxxDry's impressed me for the past 3 weeks I've had them on my boots, cleats don't wear as fast as the replaceable cleats. Definitely would recommend these as a worthwhile purchase.
Purchased 2 sets of these, learned my lesson it's better to keep these cleats on your boots rather them removing them because the activity of taking off / putting on wears the sewn area down at the very back. My suggestion is the rubber strings should attach at the front rather the back because they're sewn at the back, if it wasn't sewn they'd last longer.

Three miles a day
January 19, 2021
Snug fit on a size 10 hiking boot with the large size Monster Grips. I walk three miles everyday throughout a Minnesota winter. When the trail is slippery I wear some type of traction device on my shoes. So far these new Monster Grips give me enough grip to confidently navigate my daily hike without slipping or falling. They also fit snugly and stay put without falling off my shoe. I would recommend them.
