3 years of use
I bought these several years ago and what appealed to me was the fact that they are a row of steel teeth for myself I like a idea of a set of teeth rather than a small button spike so with that said they are not form fitting to your shoe or boots I had got 2 pairs one medium size and 1 large for my sister and myself the rubber is good it does hold well on your boot or shoe one main draw back is that it is only made for the front part of your feet not the heel so yes it will take a bit to learn how to get use to that as I must say you will slip and fall if you shift your weight to your heel so this year I'm trying a different type of they made them with some grip on the heel they would have a greater effect and no chance of slipping at all since they do grip the ice
As for durability of them they have worn down a bit from walking in sidewalks and yes they still grip the ice I walk 4 miles in them and do take care of them

My review
I cannot comment on the use or durability of the cleats since it is now warm and the snow gone here in the midwest but I
can comment that the cleats came nicely packaged, they look like they are of top quality, they were delivered promptly and I
look forward to next winter (ugh!!) to get a chance to use them.
